What could you do differently?

There is one thing in my life that I wish I could do differently or change. I would like to change the way I spend my time and make more of a balance in my life. I find myself either running out of steam or completely burnt out. If that would be working and not planning time for myself or feeling like I am not giving enough time to my partner, us being on different work schedules. I will work on prioritizing me and my well-being so that I can be there for my relationship and for my own mental health. It isn’t something that can happen overnight, but I acknowledge it’s something I need to work on. That’s half the battle!
